Tubular Shaft Assembly

- Buyers tubular shaft assemblies (1-1/4" O.D.) are designed for ease of assembly. Cut tube to required length, ream tubing and install stub shaft. Full 1-1/2" pilot assures correct alignment. Install slip yoke onto spline. Using slip yoke, turn the spline until slip yoke ears align with tube yoke ears. This will place the yokes in phase for proper balance. Tack weld the splined shaft to the tube. Remove slip yoke and complete welding

- All tubular shaft assemblies include a tube with a yoke welded on one end, one 1/8"-10 spline slip yoke, one 1/8"-10 spline weld stub and two universal joint kits. All tubular shaft assemblies are available with end yokes factory assembled - specify bore and keyway size for slip end*. *Special order pricing -- please call for more details
